Weekly round-up from your local Neighbourhood Team

Good day,

I hope you are well. During the last week your local PCSO has conducted both foot and vehicle patrols. He has had 3 vehicles recovered from the streets and positively identified 4 shoplifters stealing from local stores with the identity statements that go along with them as well as submitting substantial amounts of intelligence on local crime.

·  Points to note

Lock doors: Always lock your car doors and close all windows, even when parked at home.

Hide valuables: Take all bags, phones, and electronics with you or place them out of sight in the boot.

Never leave it running: Turn off the engine and take your keys whenever you step away from the vehicle.

Parking: if available, park in a well lit location such as under street lighting.

Extra Security: Consider other methods of securing your vehicle, an alarm, immobiliser, steering lock or tracker
