Working Together to Keep Our Community Safe

Working Together to Keep Our Community Safe

Today I attended the Hythe Town Council Community Engagement Forum, a quarterly event that brings together local businesses, voluntary organisations and community groups to discuss ongoing projects and opportunities within the community.

It was great to meet with a range of community representatives who are all working hard to make a positive difference in Hythe and the surrounding areas. The event provided an opportunity to share ideas, discuss local priorities and learn more about the fantastic work being delivered by local organisations and volunteers.

Representatives from Hythe Town Council, Kent County Council's Community Warden Service and Kent Police were also in attendance, providing updates on local issues and community safety matters. Events such as these are invaluable in building strong partnerships, improving communication and helping agencies work together to address the concerns that matter most to residents.

Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the discussions. I look forward to continuing to work with our partners and local communities to help keep Hythe a safe, supportive and vibrant place to live.
