Hi Resident

Violence against women and girls is not just a policing issue. It is a key community issue and tackling it starts with listening, understanding and speaking openly.!

On Monday 26 October at 10 am, we’ll be at the library for a VAWG awareness session and community discussion. It’s an opportunity to share concerns, ask questions, discuss local safety and explore how we can work together to make our streets and communities safer for women and girls.

Whether it’s harassment, intimidation, unwanted attention or feeling unsafe going about your daily life, these concerns deserve to be heard and taken seriously.

You don’t have to share a personal experience to take part. Sometimes, a conversation is the first step towards greater awareness and change.

Come along, have a conversation with us, and help make safety a shared responsibility.

Your voice. Your community. Your safety.
