South Wales Listens - Bridgend Town Centre Update | September 2026 Throughout September, your Neighbourhood Policing Team remained committed to keeping Bridgend town centre a safe, welcoming and vibrant place for businesses, residents and visitors. Through proactive patrols, problem-solving, partnership working and engagement with the local business community, we have continued to tackle anti-social behaviour, gather intelligence and act on concerns raised by the public.
September 2026 Activity🚔 238.33 patrol hours delivered The 473 engagements highlight our commitment to being visible, accessible and connected to the communities and businesses we serve. The information, concerns and feedback shared with officers and PCSOs help us direct patrols, identify emerging issues and take action where it is needed most.
How You Can HelpWe would encourage all residents and businesses to continue using South Wales Listens to share local concerns, complete surveys and tell us about the issues that matter most to you. Your feedback helps shape our policing priorities and ensures we focus on what has the greatest impact locally.
Please also continue to report incidents through the appropriate channels: 📱 Online via the South Wales Police website for non-urgent reporting and intelligence submissions
