Half-Term, Halloween & Bonfire Safety Advice |
||
|
Dear Wandsworth Common Community,
As schools break up for the October half-term holiday, we're encouraging everyone to stay safe and be considerate of others while enjoying the week.
🎃 Halloween Safety If children are trick-or-treating: • Stay with a responsible adult or trusted group of friends.
🎆 Firework Safety With Bonfire Night approaching, please use fireworks responsibly and, where possible, attend organised displays which are safer and professionally managed.
🚸 Staying Safe During Half-Term • Know where your children are and who they are with.
👮 Neighbourhood Policing Local officers will be carrying out reassurance patrols throughout half-term and working with partner agencies to keep our communities safe. Anti-social behaviour will be dealt with robustly.
🏠 No Trick or Treat Posters Residents who do not wish to receive trick-or-treaters can download and display the attached "No Trick or Treat" poster on their front door.
Working together helps keep our communities safe, respectful and enjoyable for everyone. Stay safe and enjoy the half-term break.
