Help Keep Kent safe- Register Your CCTV Camera

Over 10,000 cameras are already registered across Kent and Essex.

If you own a CCTV system, Ring doorbell, video doorbell or security camera, you can help police investigate crime more quickly by registering its location on the Kent & Essex CCTV Registry. Registration is free, takes less than a minute, and does not give police access to your camera system. It simply lets officers know that a camera may be available nearby should an incident occur. The registry helps police identify potential sources of evidence more quickly, which can support investigations into burglary, vehicle crime, antisocial behaviour and other offences.

✅ Free to register
✅ Takes less than one minute
✅ Police cannot view your cameras remotely
✅ You remain in control of your footage
✅ Helps support criminal investigations in your community
