With Halloween approaching, Your Local Amblecote Neighbourhood Team wants everyone to enjoy the festivities safely. As the evenings get darker, it is vital to ensure our young people are visible when out trick-or-treating.
Please remember:
• Be Seen:
Wear bright clothing, reflective strips, or carry a torch/glow stick. • Be Safe:
Children should always be accompanied by an adult and stick to well-lit areas. • Respect Others:
Only visit homes displaying Halloween decorations. Avoid houses with 'No Trick or Treat' posters.
Let's work together to keep Amblecote safe and enjoyable for everyone this autumn.
.
Plan your route in advance and stay in familiar areas.
Cross roads safely—dark costumes make pedestrians much harder for drivers to see.
If you do not wish to be disturbed by trick-or-treaters, you can download a 'No Trick or Treat' graphic from the West Midlands Police website to display in your window.
Report any anti-social behaviour to us via Live Chat on our website or call 101. Always dial 999 in an emergency.
Thank you from the Stourbridge Neighbourhood Team.
