SNT weekly update

SNT weekly update

👮 Your Safer Neighbourhoods Team this week🚓

-Lead by your local PC Jesse Buckingham, your local SNT and colleagues from Matlock and Bakewell attended Ashbourne and the surrounding area to conduct high visibility mobile patrols with the goal of targeting potential drunk drivers in hotspot areas. The team will continue to conduct random regular patrols through these areas to help tackle the issue, and will continue to raise awareness throughout the communities.

-Storm Boelo has not deterred last nights crowds at the Matlock Bath Illuminations! PCSO Coupland assisted colleagues from the Matlock and Bakewell Safer Neighbourhood Team to conduct patrols in the area.  A+ effort to all those who attended the events and wouldn't let the damp weather ruin their evening.  🌧️

-This week, our focus has been on store and community patrols! With some big changes to your local Safer Neighbourhood Team, PC Jesse Buckingham and PCSO Keanu Coupland have been out visiting local stores and community areas, introducing themselves and taking the opportunity to chat with local businesses and residents about the changes. If you spot us on patrol, feel free to come say hello and have a natter! Whether you just want to have a chat or report any issues, we are always happy to speak with members of our community. Also, keep an eye on our page for details of upcoming community engagement events, where the team will be present to give all sorts of crime prevention advice.

We look forward to working with you all 🚓 👮
