Another E-Scooter has been seized whilst on patrols in the Belle Vale area this evening.

Just to confirm that All Private E-Scooters are ILLEGAL to use on a public road or public space.

They are classed as an MPV and as such require the user to have a valid Driving License, Insurance and be over 18 years of age.

If you are seen on a Public road riding a private E-Scooter by Police in Halesowen it is more than likely going to be seized.
