Full Closure Order of Property on Thorndike Close

Chelsea Safer Neighbourhood Officers attended Westminster Magistrates Court this morning to request a Full Closure Order at an address on Thorndike Close.

To get to this point has required months of intelligence gathering to get enough evidence to support the application.

The neighbours have been living with this issue for years. Their patience has been amazing and without their co-operation we could not have been at court this morning.  For them it's been a long struggle living around such Anti-Social Behaviour linked to this address.

The Magistrate granted the Full Closure Order.

We attended the property this afternoon and were present when the locks were changed and notices attached.

We hope residents can now live in peace and quiet. Thanks to them again from us at Chelsea Safer Neighbourhoods for not giving up and keeping faith in us.

The neighbours deserve this outcome.
