Halloween Reminder

Halloween Reminder

Happy Halloween for the ones who are celebrating.

We are aware that Halloween is fast approaching, here are a few reminder to keep Halloween safe and friendly for everyone!

Please be considerate to those in your communities that might be frightened to answer the door. They might live alone and is afraid, they might be triggered by someone knocking on the door, they might have children who are afraid of scary costumes.

If someone does not answer the door whilst out ‘Trick Or Treating’ please respect their wishes not to participate and move on to the next address.

Halloween should be safe for all to enjoy therefore we encourage you to use fireworks sensibly and remind yourself of fires safety.

Children should be accompanied by an adult or a responsible guardian.

Parents please know where your children are and who they are with whilst out ‘Trick Or Treating’.

If at any time you feel unsafe or something isn't quite right please get in touch with us by calling 101 (Non-emergency) or 999 (Emergency).

We wish you all a happy and safe Halloween, from your local Neighbourhood Policing Team.
