Halloween Reminder: Stay Safe and Stay Kind 🎃

As Halloween approaches, please take a few simple steps to keep your home secure:

🏠 Lock all doors and windows, even if you're at home or only leaving for a short time.

🔑 Keep keys out of sight and ensure sheds, garages, and side gates are securely locked.

💡 Leave outside lights on where possible to help deter opportunist offenders and make visitors feel welcome.

👻 If you do not wish to receive trick-or-treaters, consider displaying a sign (Like below) or keeping your porch light off.

😊 Please remember to be polite and respectful to callers. Many children and families will be out enjoying the evening. A friendly "No thank you" is often all that's needed if you do not wish to participate.

🎃 Have fun, stay safe, and look out for your neighbours this Halloween. If you see suspicious activity, report it to the police via the appropriate channels.
