We have received reports of "knock door run" incidents on Tiber Road and Livia Avenue, North Hykeham.
While some may see this as harmless fun in the lead up to Halloween, it can cause significant distress and concern for residents, particularly as several addresses affected are homes to vulnerable people.
We would ask parents and guardians to speak with their children about the impact this behaviour can have on others and to encourage them to celebrate Halloween responsibly and respectfully.
CCTV footage has been obtained showing a young person wearing distinctive pink shorts in the Livia Avenue area at the time of one of the incidents. Enquiries are ongoing.
Please be mindful of your neighbours and help us ensure everyone can enjoy the Halloween period safely.
If you have any information relating to these incidents, please contact us via email hykeham@lincs.police.uk.
Thank you for your continued support
