Out on Patrol – Halloween Anti-social behaviour - Operation BIBO

🚔🎃 Extra Patrols Across Oxford This Halloween Weekend 🎃🚔

Tonight and throughout the weekend, officers from Oxford Central Neighbourhood Policing Team will be taking part in Operation BIBO, with additional patrols dedicated to tackling anti-social behaviour linked to Halloween.

Our officers will be out in communities across the city, providing reassurance, engaging with young people, and taking action where necessary to prevent disorder and keep residents safe.

🏠 For residents:

A pumpkin or Halloween decorations can help show you're happy to welcome trick-or-treaters.

No decorations or lights on? Please respect that the household may not wish to participate.

Report ASB and criminal behaviour when it occurs via 101, or the Thames Valley Police Website. In an emergency dial 999.

👻 For young people:

Stay with friends or trusted adults.

Stick to well-lit, familiar areas.

Respect people's property and their decision not to take part.

We want everyone to enjoy the festivities safely, respectfully, and responsibly.

Have a great Halloween from the Oxford Central Neighbourhood Policing Team! 🎃👮
