Halloween is here! 🎃 Only ‘trick or treat’ where you are welcome. It’s a good idea to only visit homes with decorations.
👻Be respectful. Some people do not want to take part. While some actions may appear harmless, they can cause distress.
👮 We are committed to keeping you safe so there will be an increased police presence in the area.
🕷We are working closely with our partners to make sure that Halloween and the lead up to Bonfire Night can be enjoyed safely by all members of the community.
🐈 Typically, demand on emergency services rises during Halloween and Bonfire Night. To make sure we can keep our lines free for those who need us the most, make sure you’re using the most appropriate means of contact. Finally, parents, do you know where your children are, who they’re with and what they are doing? ... The consequences of anti-social behaviour can have a lasting impact on the lives of all of those involved. Please work with us and help reiterate the consequences to your children.
Don't want to take part in Halloween this year? To politely remind 'trick or treaters' not to visit, print off the poster below and pop it in your window.
