Halloween Community Safety Advice |

|
As Halloween approaches, the Metropolitan Police is encouraging residents to enjoy the celebrations safely, responsibly, and with consideration for others. For many families, Halloween is an opportunity to have fun, spend time with friends and neighbours, and take part in community activities. However, increased footfall and evening activity can sometimes lead to concerns around anti-social behaviour, nuisance, and criminal damage. To help keep our communities safe, local Neighbourhood Policing Teams will be carrying out increased patrols throughout the Halloween period. By working together, we can help ensure everyone has a positive and enjoyable experience.
How you can support your community:Whether you are welcoming trick-or-treaters, spending time with family, or simply enjoying a quiet evening at home, your awareness and support can make a real difference. By looking out for one another, sharing information responsibly, and reporting concerns when necessary, we can help ensure that Halloween remains a safe and enjoyable occasion for everyone.
In an emergency, or if a crime is in progress, always call 999. For non-emergency matters, please contact 101 or report online. Thank you for your continued support in helping to keep our communities safe. Neighbourhood Policing Team
