NPT South update

Another week, and sadly another assault on officers who are simply doing their job to keep our town safe.

Today, PC Holly, Bob and Jade were all assaulted whilst executing a court warrant. The offender will be charged in relation to the headbutt and spitting. This remains shocking behaviour towards people who are working to protect our communities and keep Bournemouth safe.

Thankfully, the rest of the week brought some positive results, with plenty of proactive work taking place across our communities:

* Officers executed a warrant at a local store alongside HMRC. A number of items were seized by partner agencies.
* Officers assisted with the repossession of a property that had been responsible for numerous ASB issues across the town.
* All teams took part in Days of Action targeting youths accessing rooftops in the town centre, we had drone assistance too!  Ten short-term banning notices were issued, with referrals to BCP Council's ASB Team pending.
* We remanded an individual for breaching a court order.
* Officers conducted patrols in our two priority locations, The Triangle and ASDA, locating wanted persons in both areas.
* Safeguarding checks were carried out at a suspected brothel.

Have a great week. Team C now take over the late shifts during Bonfire Night week. Enjoy it safely, Bournemouth!
