HOME SECURITY REMINDER 🏠

HOME SECURITY REMINDER 🏠

We are reminding residents to take extra precautions to protect their homes from burglary.

If you are going out, particularly during the evening, consider using timer switches on your lights to give the impression that someone is at home.

💡 A few simple security tips:

Set indoor lights to come on automatically using a timer.

Use timers in more than one room to create a realistic appearance of occupancy.

Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked before leaving.

Keep valuables and keys out of sight.

Avoid advertising your absence on social media.

If possible, ask a trusted neighbour to keep an eye on your property.

Small steps can make a big difference in preventing opportunistic burglaries.

Remember: Make your home look occupied, even when you’re out.
