Operation Converted

On 29th October, officers from across the force supported Op Converted in Grantham town centre, targeting the illegal use of e-bikes and e-scooters.

During an afternoon of activity, officers seized 13 vehicles, including 12 e-bikes and e-scooters, from across the town. A number of road traffic offences were also dealt with, and offenders identified for further action.

The operation forms part of ongoing efforts to tackle the antisocial and dangerous use of electrically powered vehicles, improve road safety, and address concerns raised by local residents and businesses.
