Dear Resident
Good evening to you all from the Four Oaks Neighbourhood Teams
On this set of shifts your neighbourhood team have been busy in your community carrying out the following tasks
We have been carrying patrols in Mere Green retail areas deterring shoplifters, Hill Hook Nature Reserve and Badgers Bank Road after reports from residents of Anti-Social Behaviour.
Four Oaks Neighbourhood
Burglary Dower Road – On Monday 26th October 2026 at 14.00hrs– persons have entered the property through a rear patio door, nothing was taken. Highbury Road – On Monday 2nd November 2026 at 21.15hrs persons have tried to force a rear kitchen window, offenders were disturbed and fled the property, nothing taken.
Theft of Motor Vehicle Lichfield Road – On Saturday 31st October 2026 offenders have drilled the lock to a rear door and have stolen keys to a Black Edition Audi A7 and have driven vehicle away.
If you do own a keyless entry vehicle, please make sure that your keys are kept in a faraday pouch (always remember to check your Faraday pouch is still working), when at home or out and about, this will stop thieves getting the signal for your vehicle. Using a steering wheel lock is also a visual deterrent. For more crime prevention advice go to www.westmidlands.police.uk/cp/crime-prevention/ Please remember to lock all windows and doors, do not leave keys in your doors, especially if you have a cat/dog flap, before heading out make sure your home looks like someone is in.
Surgeries Four Oaks Baptist Church, Sutton Coldfield. Spoking to residents about issues in the area and gave crime prevention advice.
Street Watch Patrols have been carried out with the following Street Watch Groups, Sutton Park Dunton Close Harvest Fields
Speed Watch A Community Speed Watch was carried out Little Sutton Road, those that were recorded exceeding the speed limit were sent warning letters and results sent to our Road Harm Team.
Have a safe week. Kind Regards Four Oaks Neighbourhood Teams | ||
