FLY-TIPPERS BEWARE!

FLY-TIPPERS BEWARE!

Fly-Tippers Beware!!

Working in partnership with North Warwickshire Borough Council, the Rural Crime Team has taken action against two individuals responsible for fly-tipping.

After the two individuals were captured on CCTV illegally dumping waste, officers paid them a visit at their home address. The vehicle used in the offence was subsequently seized under the Environmental Protection Act and both individuals were issued with £1,000 Fixed Penalty Notices

It's fair to say their waste disposal bill ended up being a little more expensive than a trip to the recycling centre...that they had to pass to tip in the gateway

The moral of the story? If you dump it, don't be surprised if we come and collect something too... your vehicle!

Fly-tipping harms our environment, communities and landowners. We will continue to pursue those responsible.
