How to Report Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB)
DO đźš” If it is in progress, contact police via 101 (non-emergency), through the 'Live Chat' function on our website www.derbyshire.police.uk , call 999 in an emergency, when it is actually happening
Any reports to police can be seen by your local PCSO who will then conduct patrols in problem areas. If it is not reported through official channels (as detailed above) the issue will not be prioritised. Please do not wait several days to tell a PCSO as they are unlikely to be able to identify those responsible and the problem will continue.
Our Facebook Page is not monitored 24/7 so this is NOT one of our reporting methods. If the anti-social behaviour is affecting you, please report yourself, do not rely on someone else doing it. This gives us a better picture of how big an issue it is. Letting others know through group chats and social media pages is of course allowed but these are not monitored by the police and unless someone reports to us we can't deal with it.
