FIREWORK SAFETY REMINDER

FIREWORK SAFETY REMINDER

🚒🎆 FIREWORK SAFETY REMINDER - ST HELIER WEST 🎆🚒

As the firework season continues, please help keep our community safe:

✅ Follow the Firework Code and only buy fireworks from licensed retailers.
✅ Keep fireworks in a closed box and away from children.
✅ Never return to a firework once it has been lit.
✅ Keep pets indoors where possible and check on vulnerable neighbours.
✅ Dispose of used fireworks safely once they have completely cooled.
✅ If attending a display, follow the instructions of event organisers.

Please be considerate of your neighbours and remember that loud fireworks can be distressing for pets, elderly residents and those with sensory sensitivities.

In an emergency, always call 999. To report anti-social behaviour, contact the police via 101 or online.
