What have your local neighbourhood police team been up to?

Good Evening all,

Aldridge Neighbourhood Police have been busy our last sets of shifts.

During Mischief Fortnight, our PC's & PCSO's have been & continue to conduct high visibility targeted patrols of all our youth ASB hotspots across Aldridge, Walsall Wood, Pheasey & Streetly. These include KFC & Oak Park in Walsall Wood, Blackwood Park & Streetly Playing Fields in Streetly, Aldridge Village Shopping Precinct & the Croft in Aldridge, the Nether hall estate Chapel Lane & Collingwood Centre area of Pheasey Park Farm.

We have been working with our partner team, Brownhills Neighbourhood, to eradicate the youth antisocial behaviour on and around the High Street, Tesco, B&M & McDonalds. There is a group that are acting in an antisocial manner across Brownhills, Walsall Wood & Aldridge. Community Protection officers from Walsall Council have joined us for patrols, we are in the process of identifying all of the members of the prolific group of youths, and dealing with them accordingly. 

Our officers continue to conduct checks on suspicious vehicles on our roads and have seized a number of them for no insurance, tax and/or MOT.
