local priority - rough sleeper

Following concerns raised by residents regarding rough sleeping in a stairwell, local officers took action and issued a Community Protection Notice (CPN) to a male who was causing concern and threatening residents. The individual subsequently breached the CPN and was arrested. We will continue to patrol the area and work with residents to keep the neighbourhood safe.
