Vehicle Crime in Your Area

Good Afternoon,

We are asking residents to be vigilant following reports of vehicles registration plates being stolen in the local area.

Please take a few simple precautions to help protect yourself where possible.

Park in well lit area or secure driveway.

Keep an eye out for anyone acting suspiciously around parked vehicles.

Check you vehicle regularly particularly if parked overnight.

If you witness anyone removing number plates or notice suspicious activity, please report it to police.

If your numberplates are stolen, report it to police as soon as possible as they could be used in connection with other criminal activity.
