Local Policing Update

Your local officers have continued to conduct regular high-visibility patrols throughout the area, providing a visible policing presence and reassurance to residents.

During these patrols, officers have been engaging with local residents, speaking with victims of crime to provide support and updates, and liaising with local business owners to discuss any concerns affecting the community. These conversations are invaluable in helping us understand local issues and ensure that appropriate action is taken where necessary.

Community Engagement

Officers were pleased to attend the village's Remembrance Sunday Parade, joining residents, community groups, and partner organisations in paying tribute to those who have served and sacrificed. The event was well attended and provided an excellent opportunity for officers to engage positively with members of the community.

In addition, officers conducted a bicycle marking event, offering residents the opportunity to have their bicycles security marked. This initiative helps to deter theft, assist in the identification and recovery of stolen property, and promote crime prevention within the community. The event was well received and provided further opportunities for officers to speak with residents and offer crime prevention advice.

Working Together

We remain committed to working closely with residents and local businesses to keep our neighbourhood safe. We encourage anyone with concerns or information regarding crime or anti-social behaviour to speak with an officer when you see us on patrol.

Thank you for your continued support.
