As we celebrate Bonfire Night and Diwali, the Metropolitan Police would like to wish everyone a safe and enjoyable time with family and friends.

If you're attending celebrations, please use fireworks responsibly, follow safety instructions, keep children supervised, and never leave candles, diyas, bonfires, or other open flames unattended. Be mindful of neighbours, vulnerable residents, and pets who may be affected by noise.

If you see anti-social behaviour, dangerous use of fireworks, or anything that causes concern, please report it to police.

Let's work together to keep our communities safe, respectful, and welcoming for everyone during the festive season.
